GREENG INC ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") operates the GreenG mobile application (the "App") and the website greeng.site (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our App, Website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

Important: GreenG is designed for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

1. Information We Collect

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

IP address — collected via server logs (Nginx)
GPS location — collected while the app is in use for order matching and map features
FCM push tokens — for delivering push notifications

We do NOT collect: device model/OS, advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), or app usage analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and maintain the Service: registration, authentication, order management
Match customers with nearby service providers using geolocation
Process payments securely through Stripe (escrow model)
Send transactional emails (verification codes, order updates) via SMTP
Deliver push notifications about orders, messages, and status changes
Verify performer identity through admin review of submitted documents
Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Security

HTTPS/TLS encryption for all communications
Passwords hashed with bcrypt (10 rounds)
JWT authentication with httpOnly cookies
Rate limiting on API endpoints (NestJS Throttler + Nginx)
Server-side input validation (class-validator)
Stripe webhook signature verification

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account:

All personal data (name, email, phone, avatar, documents, chat messages, photos) is permanently deleted
Financial records are anonymized (personal identifiers removed) and retained for tax/accounting compliance
Stripe customer record is deleted

6. Your Rights

You may: access, correct, delete, or port your data. Contact us at support@greeng.site. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18.

8. U.S. Privacy Rights

We do not sell personal information. California (CCPA/CPRA) and other state residents may exercise their rights by contacting us.

9. Changes

Material changes will be communicated via the App or email at least 14 days before taking effect.
